Returns and Exchange
We want your experience shopping with Cuddle Threads to be easy and enjoyable. If you ever need an exchange or refund, we are here to assist you, provided certain criteria are met.
Please take note of the following:
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once purchased, sale items are considered final.
- A request for return must be made within 7 days of delivery and items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original state with tags on.
- We accept returns and refunds for faulty items, covering postage both ways.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receiving the product/s in their original condition with tags on.
- Faulty items can only be returned for a refund within 14 days from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items upon delivery.
- Exchanges or returns for change of mind are accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached (if applicable). Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
- Change of mind items can only be returned for store credit.
For any exchange or refund inquiries, please email us at support@cuddlethreads.com with your name, contact details, order number, and a brief explanation of the item/s you wish to exchange or refund. Any request for a faulty item should also include a photo or a video.
